Golfing Healthy (GPT)

«Getting older, staying in shape WITH golf!»

Do you have any complaints during or after golfing which affect your game? Your golf swing can be influenced by lower backpain, muscle dysbalance or reduced joint movements from hip, knee, shoulder, or elbow. Sometimes small changes can have a great effect.

In one session I can offer you a precise physical examination, an evaluation of your major problematic areas and a video analysis of your motion sequence to achive your optimal swing. You will also get an individual training schedule.
